Terms of Participation

1.1 The following guidelines and terms define participation between the Entrant and The Voice of The New Earth, governed by The Voice of The New Earth LLC.

1.2. Participation in The Voice of The New Earth event is only permitted for those who (a) have the legal capacity to accept these Terms of Use; (b) be 18 years of age or older; (c) provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information during registration; (d) have successfully completed the registration and payment process.

1.3. When registering, the Participant must choose a personal login and password, which are preferred and non-transferable. These credentials will be used to access restricted areas of the event platform. Participants are encouraged to keep their login information secure.

1.4. The Participant will be responsible for any false information provided in accordance with applicable law.

1.5. Multiple registrations for the same person are not permitted. If duplicate records were found, all accounts may be permanently disabled.

1.6. Participants agree not to use or share the credentials of other participants.

1.7. Any breach, loss, theft or unauthorized use of a Participant’s credentials must be reported immediately.

1.8. While registration is active, Participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to access and view the content available on the event platform.

1.9. The Participant agrees that all content and services are for personal use only and it is prohibited: (a) archiving or creating physical/electronic figures; (b) sell, distribute, reproduce or make content available to third parties; (c) retransmit content in whole or in part; (d) tamper with any protective features; (e) decompile or disassemble software; (f) use data mining methods; or (g) upload malicious materials, such as viruses or harmful code.

1.10. The quality of streamed content may vary depending on device settings, available bandwidth and Internet connection speed. The Voice of The New Earth does not guarantee image quality or loading speed, as it depends on several factors.

1.11. Under no circumstances will The Voice of The New Earth be responsible for any damages, losses or expenses resulting from the use of the platform, including any errors, interruptions or system failures.

Registration and Payment

2.1. To participate in The Voice of The New Earth event, the Participant must provide personal data and payment details during registration, according to the options available on the website.

2.2. Registration approval is subject to data verification and payment authorization. The Voice of The New Earth reserves the right to request more information, if necessary.

2.3. Participation fees will be charged based on the plan selected.

2.4. The Voice of The New Earth may offer different plans, promotions and types of access. Promotions subject to change at any time, event promotions.

2.5. Any legal taxes will be added to the participation fee.

2.6. Event prices may be adjusted periodically. Price changes will be communicated in advance and applied accordingly.

2.7. Price changes will take effect 30 days after notification to the Participant.

Cancellation

3.1. Participants can cancel their participation at any time.

3.2. After cancellation, access to the platform and event content will continue until the end of the current subscription period.

3.3. Payments made are non-refundable. There are no refunds for partial periods of use or for content that was not accessed.
