Hello,

My name is Isabel. I was born in France, where I lived until the age of 9, but I have always felt Portuguese. I learned to write my name as Isabelle, but when I moved to Portugal, I changed it to Isabel. This moment would define a major theme in my life: the need for definition and transformation.

From a very young age, I had spiritual experiences such as premonitions, astral travel, and past life memories, which I kept to myself, believing they didn’t fit the world I lived in. Unconsciously, as a way to protect myself, I closed off and became skeptical. This led me to follow a professional path in the corporate world for 20 years, where I learned immensely and remain deeply grateful for the experience.

Ten years ago, I made the decision to become the author and creator of my own life, reconnecting with spirituality. Since then, I have trained in Reiki, Multidimensional Therapy, Bach Flowers in Oxfordshire (UK), Aura Reading, Numerology, and Astrology. I am also a Maha Lilah Therapist – The Great Game of Life – and a certified HeartMath® Trainer, certified by the HeartMath Institute (USA). Besides being a therapist, I also offer training in Aura Reading, Multidimensional Therapy, and more.

Today, I have developed my own method of Individual Mentoring, reading energy and aligning with the divine timing of the soul. With this method, I can guide and support you in activating your identity and personal signature, helping you learn how to accelerate timelines by activating your intuition.

I also mentor those who wish to become New Era therapists, helping them build a solid foundation for client care and spiritual leadership.
