Enactive Art
Creativity for physical and mental transformation
Art enables access to more subtle forms of perception, acting in the creation of new meanings and new dialogues. Art is connection, a structuring element in the process of knowledge, transformation and recreation of internal and external relationships. Art has been used in therapeutic processes, due to its unique ability to listen to the inner world and evaluate the condition of the physical and mental systems of individuals, acting directly on the cells.
Enactive Art is a system that helps the expansion of creativity to, through artistic experience and creation, reveal connections between internal emotions and external structures, as a way of understanding systems of habits, visualizing possibilities of rupture/transformation. Through exercises, stimuli and artistic experiences, spaces of transformation are (re)opened, which allow access to other ways of seeing, hearing, feeling and living – and thus accessing the morphogenetic fields.
