Cesar had his spiritual awakening at the age of 18 and since then he has been a monk, having experienced several spiritual traditions and initiations. He has dedicated his career to social transformation and human development, having been a consultant and facilitator for organizations and leaders in ten countries.

Since Jun/2024 Cesar has been channeling the spiritual technology Starlight – which combines elements of light language and channeling from various beings and masters on Earth and outside of it for reprogramming and healing.

Master Practitioner of Compassion Key, Master Reiki, Non Personal Awareness, GaiaTouch Teacher, among others. He holds a degree in Public Administration from FGV-EAESP and was a pioneer in the application of Design Thinking and Theory U in Brazil, creating the first Public Services Design methodology with a focus on the Citizen. Postgraduate in Reflective Social Practice – Goethe’s Phenomenology from the Proteus Initiative and Rhodes University (South Africa).
